Golden Corral Promo Logos & Materials
p1. Every Day Promo Logo:
The goal of the Every Day promotion was to highlight specials every day of the week, but only have one set of signage to defray costs. The color coding and naming system was an easily understood and effective way to communicate the different offerings. The Every Day Promotion became very successful and drove traffic to the store Monday through Sunday. Due to it‘s success, Golden Corral extended it several quarters beyond it‘s original promotional period.
Applewood Grill Promo Logo:
With the Applewood Grill promotion, Golden Corral was beginning a push to bring a more upscale, casual dining look. The promotion was successful in tapping into a targeted consumer base that they had been trying to reach for some time.
p2. Every Day Promo Materials:
Each new promotion for Golden Corral included a campaign homepage and newspaper FSIs as well as many In-Store POP components including yard signs, window clings, buffet cards, etc. Keeping a cohesive look at all touchpoints helped to educate the consumer and created a seamless, recognizable series of prompts to journey from home to store.
p3. Applewood Grill Promo Materials:
The upscale look of these pieces helped to elevate the dining experience for the targeted consumer. To make these promotional food items easier to find at the buffet where most buffet cards are text only, we suggested using imagery. The food photography for the Applewood Grill campaign was so sumptuous it was easy for the marketing team to approve the addition of printing the food shots on these buffet cards.
